Hi.I have my site in a unix system but the host doesnt provide telnet access.So I ask if there is any way to create a script which has to zip the 2 folders and subfolders of ubb (cgi-bin,ubb).It would be much quicker if I could download the zip files instead each file sepetate.Thanks for any help

There are some CPAN modules that may help, although without telnet access, I'm not sure if you can install them: http://search.cpan.org/Catalog/Archiving_Compression_Conversion/ You might experiment with invoking the 'tar', 'gzip', or 'zip' shell commands using the Perl 'system' function.
