Does anybody know where i can get a good voice and text chat room?

I have a Chat Script for 5.45 UBB if you want that,but I know of an application that is like a chat room except better .Its called Tracer Script(its not a script).Its an IRC Client,thats like a chat except you can send files,PM,and play mp3s publicly.Plus,It wont affect your bandwith,cause its on a different server.All you have to do is register your name,a server,and your IRC channel where you want your chat to be.Its quite simple to use,and fun.I have ICQ i can send it to ya that way,and i have MSN,and email.Ill PM you my ICQ # and my hotmail email so you can get it.I also have an FTP server you can download from,take your pick .

I've looked for Tracer Script and found an IRC client, but it's not a perl/cgi script, and it has some backdoors, and the infamous UBB 5.45c that I see in every second UBB.
