You're probably going to need to start over with a fresh installation. Once you have that work, install the mods one by one, so you can see where you are having problems.
It would be impossible to troubleshoot when you have a bunch in at once.
If you have problems with your default installation as suggested above, please post over in the installation forums at scriptkeeper.
