This is for the cgi gurus on this site.

I need someone to script a charts type of code for me that will enable the administrator to set up fields that forum members can then fill out to post up their audio tracks. These fields would have to include the following:

Forum User Name:
Password:
Artist(s):
Audio Title:
Home Page Link:
Comments Link:

The audios posted should be ranked according to the number of hits. It would be great if the administrators could add extra hits to the audios or subtrackt from those but it doesn't matter if it is not possible.

The administrators should also be able to set up how many audios posted he wants displayed on every page, for example 25 per page etc.

I would offer to pay for the scripting of this, depending mostly on how well it is done. But somewhere starting from $150 i would suppose.

If it is scripted in cgi it would be nice if i could somehow add a header and footer to be displayed on the pages.

Is there anybody out there that could make this happen?

For reference it should be somewhat similar to the charts on mp3.com.

some questions...

they upload their songs to your server and post them?

all the songs are listed on one page? or they each have individual pages, that are linked from the main song listing page?

you want it to integrate with ubb? or seperate?
