I'm trying to put a link to the latest post in Ultimate.cgi

what I have there gives me a link(not the thread title yet, havent gotten that far) the link aims at everything except the forum#.. if I manually enter the forum number in the address bar she goes to the thread.. the forum number im talking about is the number just before "&topic=" in the address bar...

p.s. my ubb is version 547d
