Okay, I am trying to find out the absolute path on a new server, and I am not having much luck. Is there a cgi script or something that I can use to find the absolute paths?
Or is there some other way to do this, other than contacting my host?

Are you trying to set up a UBB?

Cant you just telnet in and type in 'pwd' that will give you the absolute path. Or just have a look on the net for a program/script that will print your environment variables.
I can't afford a good signature editor
