Problem is that some outside sites have links to the direct pages without the frames. How can you make a php script to do this globaly?

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to achieve and where the outside site links come into the problem.

Nevermind - we decidied to kill the Iframe idea. The problem was that all the outside links pointed to just the src of one of the pages in the iframe, the main page. That leaves out all the nav and stuff. That was the problem. But doing it in php was a hard if not impossable task so we junked the idea.
