It is possible? - when posting "NEW TOPIC" it'll then announces into IRC Chat via eggdrop or something? .. i.e.

NEW TOPIC : "Echo new topic into IRC Channel" - please visit 'http://link.to.correct.topic'

Maybe a hack ready made-code or something like that would be cool to share out.

(excuse my poor english)
(not running any UBB atm - will install trial and test the code to see if it's works.

Id say use the latest threads hack on the ubb, to pipe a list of thread names to a file.
Then you would need to create a custom tcl script for your eggdrop to read in this file and spit it out on your irc channel.
