We just upgraded to 6.4.0 and when clicking on my profile half the page is gone (votes to other members) as well as an error defined below when you click on "Today's Active Topics"
Undefined subroutine &main::todays_topics_tng called at CGIPath/ubb_search.cgi line 63.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

You haven't compelted the upgrade properly - make sure the files have been uploaded correctly.

Everything that was in the upgrade package was uploaded.
Additionally, there weren't any directions beyond uploading and telling the board to upgrade.

Below is what was explained following my trouble ticket. Can anyone point me to the JC Template site to download a compatible version? Or, is there a way out of this mess?
we no longer supply nor directly support the JC style templates - if you want to you can download those from his site and I believe that he does have updates compatible with 6.4.

We've worked out our problems with the help of various UBB contributors and mostly from Bretty from Infopop. If anyone else is having problems who was using JC Style Templates, here's what we did:
Removed all JC Templates from the server (Sorry JC)
Changed over all associations to a standard template
Created a custom style sheet for that respective template
Completely removed the Ultimatebb.php accelerator script and uploaded the one found in the UBB 6.4.0 zip file.
