UBB.Developers Forums Community Development Design, Style and Graphics Forum Buttons

I have a wonderful idea..how about we make a website where people just post graphics for forums in general and not just UBB, we could break the site up into sections: UBB, vB, BlazeBoard, Burning Board, phpBB etc.

I would like to start this site ASAP

Currently, UBBDev is the only UBB resource for UBB hacks. UBBDev and Scriptkeeper are also the only sources for ubb graphics (except for ubbdesign.com)

You'll have to contact the other forum companies asking if you can start a graphics site for them.

We (meaning I and the other admins here, before I was hired by Infopop ) tried something like this earlier and had the idea declined outright by Infopop and other companies. I would advise not continuing along the idea...

Legally, you could do it but you would encounter much difficulty with Infopop unless you have a strong host who is willing to protect your rights. (chances are your UBB license would be revoked too if you had proceed to do that unless you're living in the EU that is )

Not worth those type of problem imho.

oh well..I guess I will just have to write my own BBS make my own graphics and share it with no one..because this is not the way I would be..DAMN U INFOPOP!!! AL U CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!

sorry about that rant but I think its true, they don't want anything that could be a potential profit loss...tsk tsk tsk...well..Good Bye...I can't stay here if I am not wanted..and I can't make FREE graphics for the CUSTOMER...
