I just can't get my UBB to sit in my 3rd table

I've tried the header and footer code available for download at this site but I couldn't work out what part of my code should have gone where. If I put both the top table and the side table in it would just get messy

I just can't get it to sit in the table I've made for it

Any help would be hugely appreciated as this is driving me insane !!!!!

You must have some rougue HTML somewhere. Specifically table elements. Check your header and footer..

Header should end with
