I added some flash to my navigation but it didnt show my fourm, just the navigation bar....im using the design integration tutorial 1 left navigaion thing....can someone give me the code on how to get this to work?

You should probably give us a link to your page (the one where the flash works) and a link to your UBB, so we can see exactly what's going on. I can't make any guarantees that I can fix it, since I don't know much about flash (unfortunately), but maybe someone else might be able to help...
