I have added a dropdown menu of course its java script right below the menu is my banner.Above the menu I want to put a strip that matchs my banner but no matter what I do it dosen put the small strip above my menu. Menu always covers the strip the link below is the link to the strip Iwant above my menu.

I put the html for the menu in the control panel header and the java filein oth cgi and ubb.. Couldnt get a call to work from the control panel

CoolMenus goes by absolute distances in pixels... your fromtop variables are both set to zero, so the menu is drawn at zero pixels from the top. It will cover up everything under it. If you change your fromtop variables to something higher, like 10-20 pixels, it will draw it there and you can put the bar above it.

Search for oMenu.fromtop=0 and oMenu.backgroundbarfromtop=0 and change their numbers.

Thanks for the tip I had two problems I had to use a topmargin body tag on the very top. I guess it was defaulting to about a 10 pixle alighnment Then changing oMenu.fromtop=0 and oMenu.backgroundbarfromtop=0 I was able to see it. Dont know why the top strip wouldnt go all the way up. without the tag.

speed... i suggest you to use the same menu that ubbdev use...

iit look very good and it's not so dufficult to set.
