Well, I have a question about anouncements... Some boards have an anouncements categorie in the index page of the forum, and a link to the anouncements.
How to create it?

I'm not sure which version of UBB you're using but... the 5.xx versions included an announcement on the main page. Version 6.0 has a different method of handling them.. I believe each forum has it's own separate announcement.

I believe it is version 5.47;
where can I turn it on then??

Go to your Control Panel, look for the Announcements link and click on it. When you create one... it will magically appear on your pages on the assigned dates.

Yes, I know that, but what I'm trying to do is this:
Like here on ubbdev.com if you click on forums in the menu; you see totally on top of the forums listing page, a forum called announcements.
That is what I'm trying to do, I know how to create announcements...
