is it possible to make the links at the top of every ubb page (my profile, register, search etc) a different colour than the rest of the ubb links?

i ask because if you want your page background to be dark, and your page bodies to be light, there is very few link color choices that will show up on both colours and still look good.

if anyone could tell me how to modify this i'd be grateful... thanks.

First, find where it builds those links. I'm pretty sure they're all in ubb_lib.cgi at various places. Look for things like MyProfileLink, RegisterLink, SearchLink, etc. in that file, and you'll find them.

Once you've found them, add class="whatever" into their href tag, so it looks like .

Then add the following to the Header Insert field of the Style templates:

a.whatever { color:#XXXXXX; }


Add that somewhere between the two tags that should already be in the field. Change "whatever" to anything you want, as long as it's the same word in both cases. And change XXXXXX to your preferred hex code.
