I want to completely remove these from the top of the board, can you give me some instrunctions please...

It's in about half of the template files. Some of them reference the $standard_title_table variable in public_common.pl, the rest have the table defined in themselves. So just go look in public_common to get a general idea of what you're looking for and remove it from there. Then go through the rest of the templates and remove the stuff from those that create it themselves. It's a pretty tedious job.

How about getting rid of some of these spaces here...maybe deleting the "genearl chat, moderated by" and moving the new topic, reply buttons down to the bottom.. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.bsmotorsports.com/pics/skorp.jpg) Any ideas?

You have to just open the template files and play around with them, there are countless alternatives. Look at some of the boards in peoples sigs and even view the source to see what they've done HTML wise. You can look at my board (link in my sig) and if you like some of the template hacks I've done I'll be glad to let you have the files so that you can extract the code you need.
