Is there a javascript or code that can help me out on this?

As prehistoric as it may sound, Charles is right. Use tables set to a certain % width, so they expand upon screen resizing. There is some script that will redirect people to different pages based on their res., but that means 4 resolutions, 4 pages to manage.
