When you click a link on the page I'm making it changes the page in the IFRAME but I want it so the IFRAME adjusts its height to fit the page that its containing automatically so it dosent have a scrollbar.
Anyone know how to do this?

You're talking about black DHTML magic here... I would not advise attempting this without achieving a state of peace with DOM first.
In other words, you're out of luck. *L*
