I'm having a wee bit of trouble with CSS on my UBB. Firstly I want the text size to be 8 point. I have tried this, but not all the text changes. Will it help if I put in the FONT tag as well as BODY? Sorry if that's a silly suggestion, I'm a novice!

Also, is there a way of defining different parts of the INPUT tag? That covers radio buttons, text fields, buttons and pulldown menu's but is there a way of making only editing parts? Someone mentioned something about giving them class names, but I am new to this and didn't really have a clue what they were talking about.

Anyone able to help me?

No problem. I will be writing 2-3 more CSS/HTML tutorials for my site today, so I'll tell you when those are finished.

Also check out Webmonkey , it's a great resource.

OK, took a wee look at your page, some useful info on there, very nice. I am still a little confused though, but then again I do share an IQ with my shoe size.

Basically, can I implement a class on a whole page or can I put something like:
body { button-font-size: 8pt}?

Or, on the other hand, and the most likely option, am I totally missing the point? Thought so.... laugh

Thanks again Matt. After taking a look at what those flat borders look like in netscape, I've decided to give that a miss, thus allowing me just to use 'input'.

As for that bloody font size, why that aint changing is anyones guess...
