I have about 80 pages that I need to change the background and Text color only.
I couldn't find anything in FP2000 help files that will let me do it in one shot.
Do u guys know if there is a way to do it in FP2K, Interdev6, cutehtml or any freeware program?

Thanks in Advance smile

You can do this easily using the magic of CSS! In browsers that support CSS, (v4+ browsers), the changes will appear. There might be some trouble with IE3, though.

Thanks for your reply Matt. Sorry about my lack of skill in CSS and I will check this out but wouldn't that require me to add code to every file one by one?

And FAT BOY, I persoanlly don't know of anyone that uses IE3. I doubt people still use it for browsing.

Yes, you'd still have to edit each file, but it'd make things SO much easier to do for the future. Just one CSS file is all it takes...just one... laugh

There's a editor called Ultra Edit 32 that has some nice features. One important feature is macroing. You can record a macro of you editing on file using the search and replace option then saving, then closing the file. Then open every file and just hold the key you binded to the macro. It will edit every file then save and close them.

I upgraded to UBB 6 and my old Avatar mod setting was in the place of the public displayed name. So everyone's name was showing up as the URL to the Avatars. Using UE32 I was able to edit 200 member profiles in less than a minute. Hope that helps.

I can't agree more with romulus ...

The best way to do it would be to add a css style sheet or your altered code to all your pages through UltraEdit.

It's not freeware, but defitly worth it's money.
