I recently installed a slide menu on my UBB and all is ok a part from one member who can't login.
The member just gets a error message saying that it can't find xxxxxxxx.ssm.js. The url it's stating is not where the java file is located!
As I said it's only one member out of 100 - he has cleared his cache and even re-installed the browser, any idea's!

board url? what browser is he using? what os?

I run a closed board (sorry) I think it's netscape and not sure what OS, I will ask him and re-post. thx

at any rate, it's certainly an odd problem, but nothing that i can help you with. if it works for everyone else, then the problem lies on his end, and thus, nothing i say can help you.

ok, no worries - I guessed it must be something his end as well but you kinda feel responsible if you know what I mean!
