OK, I'm looking for a script, sorry if my description is a little hazy.

Basically, it is like a small extra scrollbar inside a page, i.e whenever you hover over the up button the text goes up, and vice versa. I have also seen this deployed in Flash many a time, but once again, I can't find an example.

If anyone knows where I can find this Javascript, or a pill which will make me talk some sense when I am actually trying to describe the thing, I'd be well chuffed.
