Hi. I'm looking for any help I can get on getting the getting the login message script (the one that says hi "name" and such) to work with Flash so that I can have the UBB member login message in my main movie. Anybody got any tips or experience with this?

Because it involves Flash, Javascript, and the UBB. Where would it have been best to post it?

Please don't post the same question twice in two different forums (crossposting). It should be easy to merge the login into a Flash animation, provided that you have a good knowledge of the program itself. Unfortunately, I don't have that expertise in this program, so I can't be of much help to you.

The only reason I posted it in both forums is because not everyone checks the same forums and I wanted to get advice from both Javascript experts and Flash users. It seems this would be the most likely way to do this. Not to be disagreeable but for curiousity's sake may I ask why this is undesirable? I was not aware it would cause a problem. If you could explain it to me I'll be sure I don't do it in the future.

i'm not sure, but i think it could be classed as 'spam'. i don't see a problem with it... but then i don't have any kind of authority on this UBB. and i know a few ppl who could help u with flah m8. if u give me ure MSN or ICQ, i'll get u in contact with them  [email protected]110197948 Joker
