like custom glow and font color hack?

You can use the glow filter under Cascading Style Sheets, but it'll only show up in IE4+. Or maybe it's IE5+...

It's really not standard CSS, which is why I don't know it off the top of my head, but I'll look it up for you.

its an IE thingy. MS call this IE Multimedia rendering system or something like this...
