is it possible to make a private forum with a hidden flash that will play mp3 intro?

Yes there is. Make the movie size like 2pix by 2 pix. Put nothing on it except your sound file, just drag the sound from the library to the scene, goto publishing setup and make it transparent, publish and then insert your flash code into the comments box for your specific ubb forum.
