okay i got a a flash sig but it wont work cause i need to use embed but can be another code to see your flash sig? my flash sig is really small and it wont take to long ot upload

This has been driving me crazy...

they don't want flash sigs ubbdev and I agree that they really should not be here.

If you want to add the abiltiy to do it on your board take out that part of the ubbcode buttons that translates it to ubb code.

oke freakscene, please tell me more about this, what do i have to do to make flash sigs enabled on my board?
it would mean a great deal to me

I saw that feature on www.flashkit.com, they use [swf] tags, but as far as I could undrestand that isn't UBB on flashkit but some other forum software. I tryed figuring out how ubb interprets [tags] but out of my league. any help is welcome

Ok - get the UBB Code Buttons Hack

Make the ubb_lib.cgi changes paying attention to the flash sizes so you can change them to what you want to allow as sigs on your boards. (*you only have to make the flash additions if that is all you want)

Can't you enable HTML then use that like any normal person?

Here's the code to post flash siggys in HTML

Just change "myflashsiggy.swf" to your file name. If you want to make the movie bigger then edit the Width and Height accordingly.

This won't work in the Siggy section of your profiles. If you want a flash siggy you will have to manually insert this code every time you post.

NOTE: Forum must be HTML enabled for this to work.

The Codebutton hack uses this [swf] & [/swf] code to insert flash into a ubb forum, but you can only use it's presets... you have the choice of three (small, medium and large)
