Our company was thinking of building a generic Flash front end for bulletin board packages, a la ShockFusion

Would anyone be interested in something like this? Also - if there are any InfoPop people about, where could I find info on the legalities of developing something to be sold for integration with your software?

Thanks!

Is this allowed here? SPAM?

freak, this post seems like an amplified version of your reply in:

And no, thank you.

Yikes!
Sorry if I offended you. My other post was a response to a direct question. The person asked if anyone did Flash, and I answered in the affirmative.

As for this thread, I'm not even trying to solicit a product or anything - I just wanted the opinion of UBB users as to whether or not they'd find something of this nature to be useful. We don't have a Flash front end to sell; we haven't even begun developing one. It was just an idea I had, and I was wondering if anyone else thought it a good idea.

Okay, cool. Thanks for your input.

Okay, at 2:06 AM, after a hard days coding, and meant to be out the door in 3 hours, these eyes do not read too good. It would be an interesting idea, but a very difficult one. Like to see any prototypes you have.

The way UBB is changing bro it would be hard for any company to keep up with the variables. I'm sure that adding Mods to a forum with a interface more in flash would make it almost impossible, concidering the amount of possible variations that could be created. just my 2 cents.
