What in particular are you looking for to be done in Flash? I teach Flash, and do some freelance work for Sega, if you can let me know what you're looking to have done, maybe I can help you out.

i would be intrested in hiring someone to do an intro for my site, I am rubbish in Flash 5 and wanted to make a flash light moving across the page then picking out a picture and a sound played.

Why don't you just go to FlashKit and buy Swish for 20 bucks? Then you can do everything that you listed above and much, much more. I think version 2.0 is our now.
