How do I add in a Newsfader on the UBB?

umm i don't know let me see i think you can do it like this. take this word. Newsfader and try this https://www.ubbdev.com/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=search if i am right i am really sure that is what Infopop made it for.
