I'm not sure if this forum is for DHTML or not... But seeing as it is just a hybrid of JavaScript and HTML, I shouldn't think it will be that different...

I'm after a script which allows you to have a section of the page in a different colour, but not have a blatant colour change... If you don't understand what I'm saying, check out this page: http://www.bratta.com/bratta/me.html , See on the right, how it is green, rather than purple.

I know it can be done with images, but I'm wondering if an advanced JavaScript or a DHTML script will cover this

Any help is greatly appreciated
