I would really like to know how the drop down navigation menu JavaScript works on UBBDEV. I have been looking for a script like it on some site's and come up with a few close scripts.

Well I will be more specific about what I would like to know. The navagation buttons on this site are real nice with the drop down menu. Example are the Home - Forums - Database buttons at the top of this page. I have looked and could not find a script like it.
I like the onmouseover feature that a menu box comes up with links. Is their a name for this script or did ubbdev write it? Does anyone know of a better site to try a find the same script?

Probably something like a cascade menu. You can also do a image swap menu system but the problem with that is you will have to create a new image for every link. Why don't you do a search on the web for javascript or DHTML menus/navigation...There are so many sites with menu scripts. Check here too: Javascript.internet.com Find something that will work across browsers.
