If you look here: http://www.phrozen-effect.net You will notice there is significant amounts of room between the top bar and header, and the header and second bar. If I were to take the image out, everything would come back together nice and neat, but for some reason, lots of room is added when I put in an image in the middle bar. Thanks.

Are you using Mozilla? Try resizing the window... that fixed it. This may be a Mozilla bug in this case...

nah, what you did is put each of those in tables based on percentage, what you might want to do is use this structure
[code][/code]that'll join the top 3 rows so that they don't spread out. You'll have to add colors etc, but that'll be the main structure.

Well, for what it is worth, I took out some of the space by just tidying up my code.
