What's the usuage of this forum?
Is it for putting finished 'STYLE TEMPLATE'?
Is here a place for putting finished HEADER FOOTER,

Um, I suppose you *could*, but that's not really the intended purpose of the forum. We are really going for file modification. But if you want to post color schemes and stuff, go right ahead.
