how do i make a topsection that's incoperated into the main forum.

like they have here: http://ubb.pgamers.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi
see where the have all the buttons and stuff connected to the ubb?

Well, there are several parts to that board that are incorporated into the UBB. You'll have to be a little more specific.

Also, that's a v5 board, and stuff is done slightly differently in v6. Since most of us have v6 now, you may have a little trouble getting help if you're still on v5.
