i want to make 3 changes to my board.. first, i want to allign all the stuff below the post or the forums in a table, like on the 411.com site.. 2nd i want the add topic/reply button alligned on the right side above and below the posts also just like the 411.com site.. and 3rd i want to make the smilie, which indicates the last post column on the front page to be everytime the same and not like original smilie from the authors last post...
peepz, thx on any tip or help on those topics... i already tried a bit, but thats a bit too hard for a ubb nub like me..;)

Zach you should make it link like that, some people might not know its a link, and the border makes it look not right
