There are many ways of doing this, you could put your own creation in the header area in the control panel, and then remove the $standard_title_table out of the template files, you may have to remove other code in some files that do not used $standard_title_table for the header.
You could also edit the $standard_title_table variable in public_common.pl to meet your needs.
would you mind stating Bookie a list of all the files that need to be edited (for the $standard_title_table) so that the look is constant for all pages?
