I don't know Cold Fusion, and I've never tried it.
My guess is, if the browser supports it, it should probably work. But I can't really tell you one way or t'other.
If you've tried it and it doesn't work, you may want to ask in v6 Mods Questions and see if anyone's ever been able to hack cold fusion tags into there.
