I'm guessing you mean having the flat single-pixel table borders instead of the big bulky 3d things?
Make a 1x1 celled table with the background color of what you want your table borders to be. Set border and cellspacing and cellpadding to 0. Then make another table inside that one that has as many cells as you want. Set it's border to zero, cellspacing to 1, and cellpadding to whatever you want it to be.
I'm pretty sure that's how it's done.

sorry mate you lost me.
What i mean is to have a black line separating all different areas, like on the main page, ultimatebb.cgi there is a line between each of the forums.

Aah, sorry, I thought you wanted to know how to make the tables here.
Um, that is an option in your Style Templates cpanel... Go down to "Table Border Display Type:" and select the second option.

Which Who's Online version are you using? I think 3.8 lets you make a seperate template for it and 3.0 doesn't...
