I am looking for a good (read:FREE) Portal to run on a Win2K server. I have seen a couple references to WebApp, but that is primarily for *nix based systems.

is .shtml easier? And if so is there a template available. Dont take this to mean I want someone else to do the work for me. But this is a site I just hacked up for a game guild. The amount of time and even more-so, Money, is limited. Oh and Im a ID10T as I am just getting into cgi/perl
