This may sound silly, and may have an easy solution, but its tough to explain:
Here it goes:

I have 4 categories each with forums right now.

I want a 5th category, but, this one will have 50 forums. (I know, sounds insane)
And it would be silly to have this on the main page as the page would just be intolerable. It already has 12 forums.
I was wondering if it was possible to have this category on the site but hidden from regular view.
For example, perhaps just a link in my header would bring people to it.
Does that make sense?

I am using 6.4.1

Although it's for 6.3.x, it should be easily fittable for 6.4.1, i think this is what your looking for

Yeah, the mod (hack) is very kewl. But for 6.old

I am not good with PERL (More of an old hack myself). No time to learn it either.
