I've answered you at Scriptkeeper...  You'd do it now the same way you'd do it before - get the HTML into your Header and Footer.

is it possible to put the html in a separate file? so I don't have to modify the file and the forum header/footer?

It can be possible - call &OpenFileAsVar. See its syntax in the UBB source code.
