Hi folks,
Anyone have a list of public HTML Proxy servers. I know the most popular is Anonymizer.COM but there has to be other ones.
I'll like to implement IP bans on these servers to prevent spam.

The list just goes on and on and on and on.. I get emailed atleast 20 each day that are new.. You'll have one hell of a long ban list..
