My membership area access expires in 5 days, so it's pretty likely that I will not be able to get the final of version 6. What are the odds that future mods will work with my beta? Should I go back to the last final full release?

Hacking in beta UBB is not permitted as so I have heard. So my only solution to you is to grab the 5.47e while it's still there.

Incorrect. You CAN hack the beta, not suggested, but you CAN hack the beta. FYI - the beta hacks may work with or without modification.

I second that 5.47e reccomendation. Better to be stuck with the apex of the 5 series than a bugridden low of the 6. Since it's only a few days, maybe you could sweet-talk the people at Infopop? Good luck.

Welp I sent a plea to info pop and got shot down. I can't complain as they do have a business to run, and need to make profit... but I can pout. This sucks. what a load of bad friken luck, if only UBB6 had been a month earlier... or I had signed up a month later way back when... dag nab it all! ps the little red angry face is me about to explode with frustration, not me sending any bad vibes at infopop... although I wanted to at first.

Eventually, yes... we plan to add quite a few more ourselves... and with Borg's help, those that want to will be able to add them with a click of the mouse.
