Since UBB uses the cache now instead of straight HTML, is it at all possible to remove the "Processing..." page after you post/reply/edit/whatever? Or would it be possible to reduce the refresh time on it? Or is that still a bad thing to do?

The UBB still needs that time to create the page(s) in the cache, so no, that wouldn't be a wise thing to do, unless you have a very fast server with very few users, and even then I wouldn't really recommend it.

It could be done without showing that page but giving the time to create it.
Submit post, halt it for a bit, then send it to the topic giving it a bit of time to create the topic. No page shown, but same amount of time. Really useless.
