i'm having trouble with a piece of code.

i'm trying to hide the mainbuttons link if your not logged in. I got it to work on the main page.

but for some reason it doesn't show up on my other pages, it just shows it as if i was logged in, but no links under it.

I edited the code in ubblib.cgi and put a if statement using the username varible...

it works great on the main page, but not on the others, am i missing something?

no one knows?

what file did you edit it in!
cause it might be a file which one forum_summary.pl calls for?

i edited it in the ubb_lib.cgi cause that is where it defines the mainbutton sub.

maybe try editing public_common?
