I finally got my cgi files working now... Except, I get one error, when I try to edit the "Forum Settings" I get a "Software error"

Says problem is in cp_forums.cgi... Lines 192 and 916...

Anyone help??

Problem: I downloaded my software.

So I dont have a license or password.

I downloaded mine too, but I have a license and password. Is this a case of lost credentials or stolen software?

And I dont have a license and password because I got the software from a friend who owns it. He also wont let me have the license and password.

and what do my problems with CHMod have anything to do with anything?
I am new to UBB, and still cant get it all to work properly anyways.

Where's your friend's site where you downloaded it from? Post the URL, please, so we can find out how to make the version he gave ya work properly...

I downloaded it from a CD he had.

I am giving up anyways, I will just get version 5, sum-1 told me it was easier to learn.
