Hi guys,

I'm new to the whole UBB thing. I've noticed on some sites that under the administrator name (on their posts) some have icons.

This would be extremely useful for my site, since it is for a musician. I want to make them stand out from the rest of the posts. I don't want anyone else to have an option for this (except maybe the other administrators).

Could someone point me in a good directions? Seems like most mods deal with rating system (which I've disabled) or icons for all users.

Does this mod play havok on passwords? Thought I saw that posted somewhere.

In the control panel, go to the user ranks. Where it says Admin(or whatever you call it), type this in the field...

I have version 6.01. I don't see user ranks in the Control Panel. I'm I missing it, or is that for an older version.

Also, does this allow all administrators to have the same picture ... or can we set it up so administrators have different pics.

It doesn't really mater if we share though.

It makes all admins share it. I don't know how to make hacks. That is just simple html

That non-hack method doesn't work if the image path (URL) is too long.

Yeah, and I know someone who did that once and somehow it randomly put the picture under various users all over the place..

If your image path is too long you can always go into Template cp_vars_misc.pl Find:
Administrator:



And change the MAXLENGTH to a higher number, and presto you have it.
