somehow in my forums, the content (the tables, links, banners etc) duplicates itself....take a look: http://forum.tibsun.com/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=10 it goes back to normal if you refresh the page.... i've got this hacks installed: Who's Online Rate Topic Hits counter jimbo's custom rank Statistics... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Yep...i had this problem to after installing the who's online hack. When i replaced the original files the duplicates where gone.

It happened to me when I installed the Hit Counter. The Online hack does not cause it to happen. I really like the hit counter so would appreciate any input on how to correct it so I can reinstall it.

Hmm...which hack, Who's Online or Hit Counter....
maybe both???
But the strange thing is if you refresh the page the forum is OK again.....but still SOMEONE FIX IT!!!!!

YOu can refresh and fix it?
Try to do a hard refresh by using Shift+Refresh and clear your internet explorer cache....

It is the HITS hack. The fix is posted by Moderator in the beta forum. Go & take a look.

I have the same exact problem with hitcounter 4 on UBB 6.2 running on IIS. Seeing double vision. So far I have not seen a hitcounter 6???? Can anyone point me toward a solution to the "double vision" bug everyone is talking about? I am very interesting in using hitcounter, but, I'm not deploying it like that.

i fixed mine problem  it was teh whos online hack..download the latest version of it and re do ultimatebb.cgi and ubb_forum.cgi now i am bugless

Thanks MW. I have read that much already. I must have missed something somewhere. Also, I don't use Who's online at all. That is definitely not a factor. I think who's online just happens to keep coming up because it's popular and everyone's using it. I don't think it is the culprit. It's just something most people have in common. The problem is definitely in hitcounter's code. Hitcounter is the only hack on my board. So there you go....

hmmm..thats strange...
my problem is in Who's Online..now nobody saw duplicate forums on my boards anymore....after I redo ultimatebb.cgi and ubb_forum.cgi......

Well, I know this post is old... but I had the same problem with my forums.. I went back through ubb_forum.cgi and found that I forgot to remove As it asked me to in the instructions.. doh! thank God for backups! Problem appears to be fixed now...... makes sense since i screwed up the first time.. I must say how much I love this forum..
