I want to completely remove this part of forum

Sorry for size of image. But I want to remove the top portion of my UBB. Its in a template so I dont need the top portion. And Im going to add images for the links in the area underneath that. Anyone know what code I should look for in ultimatebb.cgi? I just want to remove the title, and the links and the "active topics" link. And have the page start with the top box with "Registered Members" and such.
