Hi.I want to upgrade from 5.47 but I read in the help file that then I can delete the Forum directory.I made an test forum and after the upgrade I deleted the html and cgi files of the forum directory.Then I tried to see a post but it said that the topic is missing.I must deleted a lot of stuff So what Im asking is if my fault was that I deleted the html or the cgi files.Thanks for your answer
You should have only deleted the html files in your forum directories.
You can then go on to delete certain cgi files that are not needed but to be honest if you do not understand the instructions that came in the upgrade readme absolutely fully you should post either here or on the Infopop site before deleting anything.
